Vice Chief of Vascular Surgery (OARS File#: 050561)Description The Department of Surgery at the University of Missouri-Columbia is seeking an outstanding senior faculty surgeon to serve as Vice Chief of Vascular Surgery. The Division Vice Chief is responsible for the continued development and successful growth of clinical, research, and teaching activities of the Division. A specific interest or advanced fellowship training in minimally invasive procedures is preferred. The candidate should be Board Certified in Vascular Surgery or General Surgery, eligible for faculty appointment at the rank of Professor or Associate Professor, and recognized for accomplishments in clinical care, research, and residency training. There should be a strong interest in teaching medical students, surgical residents, and fellows and maintaining a high quality residency training program.
